For this tutorial you will need:

Tube of choice
Font of choice (I'm using DianaCTT)
Mezzoforce/Ice - You can grab the free version HERE
Zuzzanna_mask 24 - You can download from her site HERE
ScrapKit *BLACK, WHITE, & CLASSY* by Cindy of Scrappin With Lil Ole Me.
You can purchase it HERE.

I am using the artwork of Olivia, you can find her licensed art at CILM.

Let's get started:

Open a new image 550x550 and background set to white. Copy & paste paper2 as a new layer. Open Zuzzanna_mask24, Layers/New Mask Layer/From Image and find the mask in the drop down list. Delete mask layer, and merge group.

Copy & paste the tag template. Selections/Select All/Float/Defloat/Modify/Smooth/Set to 10. Copy & paste paper3, Selections/Invert, hit Delete on your paper layer. Using your Magic Wand, click inside the tag template, Selections/Expand/Set to 5, copy & paste paper7, and your tube of choice. Selections/Invert and hit Delete on your paper and tube layers. Copy & paste ribbon2 as a new layer, erase any parts that are hanging off the edge of the template.

X out your mask and white background layer, and merge visible. Duplicate. On your original layer Adjust/Blur/Gaussian/Set to 5. Effects/Mezzoforce/Ice and set your preset to UnderWater. If you can't see this under your tag layer, duplicate and position so you can see all the way around the tag. Adjust/Add Remove Noise/Add Noise/Set to random, noise to 62, and monochrome checked.

Add any flowers, doodles, or other elements of your choice.

Crop or resize to your liking. Add your text, copyright info, and watermark, and save as a jpg, png, or gif file.

That's it.. all done!
